The Vice President of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization by developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business goals. The VP will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to drive organizational change and improve overall workforce effectiveness. Ultimately, the VP of Human Resources will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to support the company's growth and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
