    Job description

Important Note: This role requires in-office presence at our San Francisco office at least 4 days a week or you're out visiting customers.

Hi, I'm Sam - founder and CEO of TestBox. I'm building a kickass growth team to scale revenue. I'm looking for someone who is wicked smart, driven, and able to solve any problem they face. You'll be responsible for all things new customer $$$ related in whatever way is needed. And you'll make great money while doing it (2x the market rate while we are figuring all this out).

    About TestBox

We recently announced our Series A, $27M raised to date. We're a small, extremely talented team across San Francisco and Brazil - building fast, shipping weekly, and operating at the frontier of what AI can do with enterprise software.

TestBox builds GTM Infrastructure - the platform layer that powers how software companies build synthetic environments for Product and Dev teams to eval agents and for Revenue teams to demo, sell, and onboard their customers. Our core technology is the Product Graph: a live map of how software products actually work.

Our long-term goal is to power the entire software lifecycle (development customer onboarding) through our Product Graph.

Customers like Intuit, Gong, and Apollo run their Product & GTM motions on TestBox.

    The Role

You'll own all things net new revenue and work directly with me. That's the whole job.

You'll be expected to be creative, AI enabled, to sell, and to build systems that grow revenue fast.

If you're coming from consulting, banking, SE, product, or operating roles: the problem solving rigor, the ability to get smart on something fast, the comfort holding complex conversations with executives - all of that will transfer directly. What's different is that you'll own the number and you won't be handing off a recommendation; you will be making the new revenue come in.

A single week can look like a lot of things - hosting executive dinners, building account campaigns to the largest companies, jumping on a plane to meet a potential customer, picking up the phone to outbound, or negotiating a deal to close.

The common thread: high ownership, fast pace, and a default to building rather than waiting.

    AI-Native Everything

This is important enough to call out separately.

TestBox is an AI-native company in how we operate day to day. We build multi-agent systems, we use LLMs as core parts of our workflow, and we expect every person on the team to do the same.

You should already be an AI-reflexive operator. That means:

    • You use LLMs daily as thinking partners, drafters, researchers, and coding assistants.
    • You've built things with AI tools - prospecting workflows, research automations, custom prompts, internal apps, analyses. Something beyond "I've used ChatGPT."
    • You're comfortable prompting, iterating, and pushing the boundary of what these tools can do. You don't wait for someone to build you a tool - you build it yourself.
    • You have strong opinions about what AI is good at and where it falls short.

    What We're Looking For

People with grit, hunger, the desire to build something huge and win.

    • You're smart and resourceful
    • You learn really fast
    • You figure things out without a playbook
    • Navigate complex customer orgs
    • Strong communicator with clear writing
    • Willingness (and desire) to disagree with me (sam) and customers

    Why This Role

Direct, daily partnership with me at a Series A company defining a new category. If you're coming from a non-sales background, this is the highest-bandwidth way to learn everything about revenue.

A comp plan built for top performers: 25% of every dollar you bring in and generous equity.

A learning curve that doesn't flatten. You'll touch product, pricing, GTM strategy, customer success, and engineering - often in the same week.

Comprehensive benefits: health, mental health, fitness and learning allowances, flexible PTO, remote/office setup support.

    What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you'll ramp on the product, the ICP, and the technical workflows we enable and generate new revenue.

By month 12, you'll have closed multiple six-figure enterprise deals, built a repeatable outbound motion, and helped define how TestBox sells. You'll be confidently leading both technical and commercial conversations and reducing reliance on solutions engineering.

    The benefits

    • Earn 25% of every dollar you bring in
    • Generous equity package for meaningful ownership.
    • Prioritization of your professional growth, with dedicated career development support.
    • Flexible, unlimited PTO with a minimum expectation for recharge.
    • Mental Health benefits.
    • Fitness allowances.
    • Learning allowances.
