The Deskside Support team is initiating a comprehensive computer refresh project to replace aging devices approaching end‐of‐life. This initiative is essential to ensure continued operational stability, security compliance, and improved end‐user productivity across the organization. Adding this resource is a cost‐effective and necessary measure to ensure the successful and timely execution of the computer refresh project without compromising service levels or operational stability.
This role requires a solid understanding of computer hardware and Windows systems, along with hands‐on experience setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Strong customer service, reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deployments are essential, as is the ability to lift and move equipment
