We are currently looking for a Lamination Machine Helper to work the following shift:

• Night Shift - 6 pm to 6:30 am; Rotating Nights

The Lamination Helper position in our Lamination Department at Technipaq is a key player in our mission to send our customers a quality laminated product all the time, every time. The Lamination Helper at Technipaq is responsible for staging material, preparing written production paperwork, mixing batches of adhesives and coatings, loading and unloading of materials onto Lamination Machines, general housekeeping, acquiring materials for production runs and any other tasks to assist the Operator with the highest level of running machine time, while still producing a quality product in accordance with the customer's specifications. The helper position reports to our Lamination and Slitting Department Manager but will interact with all levels of the company, in order to make sure customer specifications are adhered to.

Required:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older, High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ yrs of manufacturing/operator experience a PLUS but not required
• 2+ yrs doing advanced Mechanical (i.e. taking cars, machines apart/set-up/change-overs, etc). is required
• Ability to stand/walk/sit for 12 hour shifts
• Make and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch (must pass a pre-employment ruler test)
• Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs; push, pull, maneuver very large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds with the use of equipment on a daily basis. Must be able to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel. Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.

Preferred:

• Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
• Previous lamination, packaging or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but NOT required, WE WILL TRAIN
