We invest in your success with hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and clear paths for career advancement. If you're looking for a role with variety, autonomy, and real purpose—where you're out in the field instead of behind a desk—this is your next move.

  • Travel daily to customer sites in your assigned territory, driving about 30–300 miles per day
  • Work independently out of your own company-provided service vehicle
  • Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day

What You'll Take Ownership Of

  • Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right
  • Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site
  • Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients update

Perks, Pay, and Benefits

  • Earn $18.00 – $24.00 an hour, based on your experience and skills
  • Jumpstart your career with training and ongoing development opportunities
  • Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Grow your future with a 401(k) and company match
  • Feel supported with life insurance plus short and long‐term disability
  • Generous PTO and 10 company‐paid holidays

Your Journey With Us

  • Recruiter Screen
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (Occasionally onsite for some roles)
  • Conditional Offer
  • Background Check and MVR Review
  • Start your new career!

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work
  • Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Equivalent combinations of education, training, or hands-on experience are welcome. If you don't check every box but are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply—we're looking for potential, not perfection.
