    • Monitor and report on project progress, key milestones, and overall status. Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and successes to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
    • Manage third-party vendor relationships and system integration activities. Identify, track, and escalate technical risks and issues as appropriate.

    Requirements
    • Direct, hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP/AP (Laboratory) and/or Epic Willow Pharmacy implementations, including a deep understanding of associated clinical and operational workflows.
    • Proven experience working within health system environments and a strong working knowledge of large-scale healthcare IT initiatives and their organizational impacts.

    • Competency in selecting, configuring, and implementing modern project management tools and techniques.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting application expansion or full-scale Epic implementations for new facilities or new hospital construction projects.
    • Familiarity with interoperability standards and third-party clinical systems integrations.
