    Job Overview

    As Vice President of Sales, you will be a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding market share within the live events and production industry. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, foster strong cross-functional collaboration, and represent LIVETEAM as a key industry leader. You will play an instrumental role in securing major client wins, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the U.S. business.


    In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Group President of LIVETEAM - North America and serve as a strategic partner to the broader leadership team, contributing to long-term planning, organizational growth, and integrated client solutions.


    This position is ideally based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will require regular travel across the U.S. to support business development, client engagement, and team leadership activities.


    What You'll Do

    Strategic Sales Leadership

    • Develop and implement a U.S.-focused sales strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
    • Identify key market opportunities and competitive differentiators to expand client base and market share.

    Team Leadership and Development

    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Set clear KPIs and development plans to drive consistent performance and growth.

    Business Development and Client Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Represent LIVETEAM in client pitches, contract negotiations, and strategic planning discussions.

    Proposal and Tender Management

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Creative, and Operations to deliver winning solutions.

    Forecasting and Commercial Oversight

    • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking tools.
    • Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue targets.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with finance, production, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and delivery.
    • Identify and pursue integrated opportunities across other THETEAM's divisions and disciplines.

    Industry Engagement and Brand Representation

    • Represent LIVETEAM at industry events, conferences, and client functions to elevate brand presence.
    • Build and maintain a network of influential industry contacts to support long-term growth.
