Job description

Job Title: Experienced Recruiter
Location: Commerce & Gardena, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, supporting operations in both Commerce and Gardena. This role requires a strong ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with hiring requirements
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations (if needed)
