Job description

Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is a leading technology services and consulting company, and they are seeking a Generative AI Engineer for their Copilot Studio. The role involves designing and developing custom copilots, building conversational AI flows, and optimizing generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build conversational AI flows, plugins, and integrations
• Configure: Topics, intents, entities
• Adaptive dialogues
• Integrate Copilot solutions with: Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Build and optimize Gen AI solutions using Azure OpenAI / LLMs
• Design prompt engineering strategies for business use cases
• Develop: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Knowledge-based copilots
• Implement context management and grounding techniques
Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• 10+ years’ experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI and chatbots
• Strong understanding of Prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture
• Proactive and result-oriented leader
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team building skills
• Proficiency in grasping new technical concepts quickly
Preferred:
• Azure OpenAI
