What We’re Looking For

Someone who understands markets, narratives, timing, positioning, and attention at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s global marketing vision and long-term growth strategy
• Shape brand positioning across international markets and audiences
• Identify emerging trends, behavioral shifts, and strategic opportunities in crypto, fintech, AI, and consumer technology
• Develop scalable acquisition, retention, and market expansion strategies
• Build and oversee multi-channel marketing ecosystems across product, brand, PR, community, partnerships, and content
• Partner closely with founders and leadership on business strategy, GTM direction, and competitive positioning
• Lead and mentor internal marketing teams and external partners/agencies
• Establish KPI frameworks, performance measurement systems, and strategic reporting processes
• Drive innovation in marketing approaches, audience engagement, and market differentiation

Requirements

• Proven executive-level experience leading marketing in high-growth technology, crypto, fintech, or Web3 companies
• Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and international market positioning
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, market cycles, and ecosystem dynamics
• Experience scaling products and teams across multiple geographies
• Ability to identify trends early and translate them into competitive advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience building measurable growth systems
• Fluent or professional-level English

Strong Plus

• Experience building globally recognized technology or crypto brands
• Network within the crypto / Web3 ecosystem
• Experience working in fast-scaling startups or venture-backed environments
• Background in fintech, AI, infrastructure, or consumer tech products
