Job description

Role :: Associate Inventory Administrator

Location :: Louisville, KY, United States, 40245 (Field Work position)

Marketplace Pay Rate USD$19.18 / hr on W2

Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the following. 

Preparation in shipping and receiving of goods to and from the AT&T Supply Chain facility. 

Manage and process inventory and relocation of equipment for Operations and Network Services and process equipment to support Operations, Engineering and Projects.

1st Shift —7:30 am - 4:00 pm [MON-FRI]

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels 
  • Preparation of equipment for pickup / shipments 
  • Restocking inventory in proper locations 
  • Environmental, Health and Safety compliance 
  • Work with Technicians and Vendors for pickups and returns 
  • Loading and unloading trucks

Requirements

Essential Skills:
 

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, and Inventory Management software)
  • Shipping preparation (Fed-Ex, UPS and LTL pallet preparation)
  • Scanning Cycle counting
  • Forklift driving
  • Strong communication skills with management, technicians, and vendors
  • Must be able to follow processes and procedures
  • Quick learner
  • Valid Divers license with acceptable driving record (some driving required)
  • Self-motivated
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs
    Experience and Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    2-5 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment
