    Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (Anti-Radiation Missile SME)
    Whidbey Island, WA

    Salary Range: $85.00-$95.00 per hour DOE

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Anti-Radiation Missile (ARM) Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division and strengthen our Fleet support team located at NAS Whidbey Island, WA.

    The ACES Division supports Tactical Air Support's mission by delivering world-class military aviation training, products, and support. The Fleet support team enables combat readiness by providing the latest information on aircraft software features and weapon functionality to warfighters. This support is done through daily flight line engagement, periodic classroom instruction and on-call interaction with deployed squadrons.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as "on-call" Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas related to ARM operations and employment, to include (but not limited to): UDF library organization and management, threat familiarization and assessment, weapon software and hardware capabilities and limitations, and mission planning tools and procedures
    • Provide coordination and liaison between aviators and the ARM Technical Program Office
    • Research, process, and distill complex technical material for meaningful and engaging presentation to fleet Naval Aviators and Maintenance professionals
    • Conduct professional, in-person training for large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
    • Crosstrain and assist other priority efforts within ACES

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree
    • Twelve (12) or more years direct experience employing tactical military aircraft
    • Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of integrated air defense systems (IADS), suppression of enemy air defense (SEAD), and ARM capabilities and considerations
    • Travel (30%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S. and overseas
    • Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility
    • Eligible for SAP/SAR programs
    • Valid state driver license
    • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check

    Desired Experience/Skills

    • Enthusiasm and commitment to a working environment that requires intense collaboration, robust communication, and coordination with various operational squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence
    • Weapons school graduate, test pilot school graduate, former weapons school instructor, TPS, or FRS/TPU instructor
    • Recent experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of War (DoW) federal acquisition, test, and development
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects

    Work Authorization

    • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form
