Reports To: Sr. VP of Development
Job Details:
• Full time and part time available
• Friendly, fast-paced work environment
Job Expectations:
• Support restaurants with needs from our warehouse. This includes tables, chairs, new light strands, décor, and equipment.
• Prepare and support new restaurants opening. Includes receiving all decor, tables, chairs, t-shirts, marketing materials, etc. Warehouse all items and delivering to the new site when construction is complete.
• Support various events that Wilco Hospitality is involved in, to include onsite events at the restaurants or community events. To deliver, setup up and break down coolers, tents, tables, signage, etc.
• Decorating new stores by hanging lights and hanging decor.
• Keeping the warehouse in an orderly fashion.
• Helping with any replacement restaurant equipment.
• Be positive, energetic, and genuine when supporting the team.
• Comfortable with email communication and Microsoft Excel. Warehouse inventory managed in Excel.
• Highly organized; expectation to maintain inventory par levels of supplies, equipment, and décor to support store needs and ability to accurately track movement of all items.
• Move with urgency and communicate at a high level.
• May require transporting products and equipment to stores. Candidate's Motor Vehicle Report must pass requirements of our auto insurance carrier.
