All-Source Intelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence assessments to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.
As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats you'll gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance and prepare deliverables for dissemination. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive reviews, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
• Experience applying analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206
• Experience briefing senior military and government officials
• Experience collaborating with DoW and IC counterparts to produce intelligence assessments
• Knowledge of intelligence reporting, production, and dissemination processes
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
