  • Manage technical communication across engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine electrical component specifications based on customer requirements, industry standards, and application needs.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and perform technical assessments to support sourcing decisions.
  • Guide components through the full product development lifecycle including concept, design, validation, PPAP, and production launch.
  • Support system‑level integration efforts and ensure compatibility with mechanical HVAC systems and overall electrical architecture.
  • Work with test engineering teams to develop validation plans and ensure components meet performance, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root‑cause analysis with suppliers.
  • Support continuous improvement of component quality, reliability, and cost.
  • Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to internal leadership and customers.
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, DFMEAs, reports, and technical presentations.
Your Experience & Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • 2 to 5 years in automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with APQP/PPAP, DFMEA, DV/PV testing, and similar development processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical standards (ISO, SAE, IEC, UL, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical components (e.g., BLDCs, sensors, actuators, harnesses, connectors, control modules, PCBs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive tasks to completion.
