Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an IT Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in elevating our user experience by designing, implementing, and enhancing robust applications within a dynamic, cloud-hosted environment. You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, contributing to every stage of the application lifecycle, from intricate configuration management to comprehensive testing. This role offers a unique opportunity to build scalable, maintainable solutions, directly impacting our operational efficiency and user satisfaction. If you're a skilled Salesforce developer with a passion for innovation and best practices, eager to tackle challenging projects, you'll thrive in our collaborative team.

Every day you will leverage your expertise in Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies to develop and maintain high-quality solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and architectural best practices. You'll engage directly with stakeholders to gather intricate business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications. From meticulous unit and integration testing to leading peer reviews and managing the product lifecycle of assigned modules, your contributions will be vital. You'll also play a key role in supporting product release management functions, developing test plans, and ensuring a seamless transition to operational teams.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in Salesforce development, demonstrated by proven proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Your excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and strong debugging skills, will enable you to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions. Expertise in version control systems like Git, an understanding of CI/CD concepts, and the ability to write comprehensive unit tests are essential. Ideally, you'll hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, with Platform Developer II being highly desired, showcasing your commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

  • Develops and maintains robust, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Performs application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for medium to high complexity projects.
  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications for development or configuration build.
  • Leads product release management functions, including test plan development and user acceptance testing.
  • Manages the product lifecycle of assigned modules, including administrative tasks and enhancement requests.
  • Contributes to application standards, policies, procedures, and conducts peer reviews of configuration work.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment Required
  • 2-4 years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role Required
