Requirements
This role is for someone who wants to learn the art of low and slow cooking. You'll be part of a kitchen that focuses on smoking proteins to perfection using 100% hickory fired wood.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and follow low-and-slow cooking techniques
  • Assist with preparing and smoking proteins using 100% hickory fired wood
  • Support day-to-day kitchen tasks as needed to help the team deliver consistent results

Requirements
  • Interest in learning low-and-slow cooking and smoked protein preparation
  • Willingness to follow established methods and work as part of a team
  • Ability to stay focused on consistency and quality during prep and service
