What You'll Do
As a
Bathtub Repair Technician: We are looking for someone who has experience in either the process of fabricating or installing bathtubs. Familiarity with the common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic. We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation.
You'll be the hero turning damaged surfaces into masterpieces. From multi-family properties to residential homes, you'll help restore surfaces as tenants move out and new ones move in. We're hiring for
full-time roles to keep up with growing demand.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Repair and restore bathtubs, counters, floors, cabinets, and more, making them look like new.
Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence. Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations. Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked.

What We're Looking For

- A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (No prior experience? No problem-we'll train you!).
- Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team with an excellent work ethic.

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
