Field Service Technician (Appliance / Mechanical) – Company Vehicle + Paid Training

$25–$30/hr + Overtime + Holiday Bonus Pay + Full Benefits

Super Source is a growing company in the hospitality industry, and we’re hiring a Field Service Technician to service commercial kitchen equipment across the Atlanta area.

No experience with commercial equipment? We’ll train you.
Like working independently? This is a field-based role with your own route and company vehicle.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial dish machines and kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Manage your daily service route and calls
• Build relationships with restaurant and hotel staff

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude (work or hands-on experience)
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments

What You’re Comfortable With

• Working on your feet throughout the day in active environments
• Lifting up to 60 lbs as needed
• Working in tight or awkward spaces around equipment
• Occasional exposure to heat, moisture, and fast-paced kitchen environments

Great Fit If You’ve Worked In

• Full-time, field-based role
