    Title: General Construction Production Manager
    Location: Brown Summit, NC
    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized General Construction Production Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. As the General Construction Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Create construction schedules that optimize productivity and align with manufacturing operations.
    2. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to construction projects, ensuring maximum utilization and minimal downtime. Coordinate with procurement to source required materials and equipment.
    3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and in-house staff. Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
    4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce adherence to construction and manufacturing quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address deviations, ensuring the final output meets or exceeds expectations.

    7. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with cross-functional teams, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project integration.
    8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant safety and regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines. Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
    9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance construction efficiency and overall manufacturing operations.
