Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and/or small-group assisted stretch sessions following StretchLab's proven protocols.
- Model best-in-class session quality, client care, and professionalism on the floor.
- Coach, mentor, and support Flexologists through feedback, shadowing, and ongoing skills development.
- Support with Recruitment and On-boarding of Flexologists.
- Lead or assist with team meetings, trainings, and continuing education workshops.
- Help manage the Flexologist schedule, studio coverage, and smooth daily operations.
- Uphold studio standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety to create a five-star environment.
- Partner with studio leadership to support membership growth, retention, and client satisfaction goals.
- Participate in local events, community outreach, and brand-building activities as a studio ambassador.
- Current certification or degree in one or more of the following (or related fields):
- Personal Training, Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, or similar movement/health discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, or bodywork; experience with assisted stretching is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities: mentoring peers, leading sessions/classes, or taking on key studio responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
- Genuine passion for helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and reach their health goals.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
