Project Manager Associate

We are seeking a Project Manager Associate to provide technical coordination for projects and initiatives of low to moderate complexity. This role coordinates project schedules, deliverables, budgets, resources, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies while supporting overall business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for assigned projects and initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed and approved according to established schedules.
• Facilitate development of business processes to support business readiness at project completion.
• Develop, refine, and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources across multiple delivery partners within approved hours, scope, and budget.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, where required.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of related experience.
