Mopar Accessories, Global Support Project Manager & NA Competitive Benchmarking
The Global Support Project Manager & NA Competitive Benchmarking lead will have primary responsibility for supporting global accessory portfolio coordination and leading competitive benchmarking activities for Mopar Accessories across North American Stellantis brands. This role supports global accessory alignment, export vehicle accessory integration, supplier coordination, and competitive portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and strategic recommendations that strengthen the Mopar Accessories business.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting global accessory portfolio initiatives to improve accessory availability and alignment across international vehicle programs.
  • Coordinating accessory application support for export vehicles, ensuring accessory offerings align with regional market requirements and vehicle launch timing.
  • Partnering with North American suppliers and global Stellantis teams to support accessory expansion opportunities, supplier coordination, and cross-market collaboration.
  • Assisting with global accessory program tracking, launch readiness, and communication between regional teams.
  • Supporting accessory-related requests tied to global vehicle programs, portfolio reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Leading detailed competitive benchmarking assessments for current production vehicles across OEM and aftermarket competitors.
  • Evaluating competitor Build & Price sites, dealer-installed options, factory upfit programs, and retail accessory portfolios to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities.
  • Developing competitive comparison reports, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations for Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Brand leadership teams.
  • Monitoring automotive accessory market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor launches to support future portfolio planning decisions.
  • Supporting accessory business case development through competitive insights, pricing analysis, and portfolio positioning recommendations.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:
  • Work across global Stellantis organizations to support accessory portfolio growth and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Planning, Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Brand teams on strategic accessory initiatives.
  • Influence future accessory portfolio decisions through data-driven competitive analysis and market insights.
  • Lead high-visibility benchmarking activities that directly support revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and customer personalization strategies.
  • Support accessory launch activities for current and future vehicle programs across multiple global markets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive, product planning, competitive analysis, project management, or related business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of market, competitor, and product information.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Automotive OEM, aftermarket, accessories, or product planning experience.
  • Experience conducting competitive benchmarking or market analysis.
  • Familiarity with vehicle configurators, Build & Price systems, dealer-installed options, and accessory portfolio strategies.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
  • Experience working with global teams, suppliers, or cross-regional business initiatives.
