  • Monitor and evaluate resident care plans, implementing changes as appropriate.
  • Lead, coach, train, and support caregiving staff to promote high-quality resident care.
  • Assist with employee evaluations, education, and performance development.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Participate in emergency response, infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Conduct resident rounds and monitor residents with ongoing healthcare concerns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance resident outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments to maintain a positive, resident-centered environment.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, CBRF requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualifications

  • Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license.
  • Current CBRF certifications and CPR certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Assisted Living and Wisconsin CBRF regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and provide staff coaching and development.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident nursing leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A professional who can balance clinical responsibilities with staff supervision and mentorship.

  • Someone who demonstrates compassion, integrity, accountability, and professionalism in every interaction.
Why Join St. Camillus?
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives.
  • Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture.
  • Ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Mission-driven organization committed to compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Meaningful leadership role with the ability to mentor and develop caregivers.
