    1. Must have State Farm SALES experience
    2. Be licensed in P&C and Life/Health in the state of Texas

    • Achieving monthly sales goals on Property & Casualty

    • Follow the processes, word tracks and multiline to each customer
    • Establish customer relationships and follow ups
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
    • Call on internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services modified to fit each customers individual needs
    • The ability to successfully sell Home, Auto, Life and Health insurance, ask for referrals and Google reviews
    • Achieve monthly P&C and Life/Health goals for commissions
