As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing skills in marketing and sales within a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent client brands inside retail locations through face-to-face interactions
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a positive, engaging experience
• Communicate product features, promotions, and services clearly and confidently
• Assist customers in selecting products and services that best fit their needs
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Support daily sales and marketing initiatives to help meet team goals
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve campaign performance and customer experience
• Maintain a professional image while representing Start Club and its clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Organized with strong time management skills
