    Job description

    As the Senior Global Benefits Lead , you will oversee global design and delivery of our global benefits programs and offerings to align with our total rewards strategy. This includes company-wide group benefits plans like health and welfare, global wellness programs, and time off policies. You'll partner with global brokers and internal stakeholders across different functions to deliver a holistic benefits package aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Provide in-house consultation to our business leaders, People, and Talent Acquisition teams. 
    • Spearheads and leads the design and review of benefits programs, policies, and offerings. This includes but is not limited to, company-wide group benefits plans (e.g. health and welfare, global wellness programs, and time off policies). 
    • As required, owns third-party market research, including participation in global benefits surveys and benchmarking to provide meaningful insights. 
    • Prepares benefits cost modeling using Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze data for interpretation, and develop reports, guidance, and recommendations for presentation.
    • Accountable and responsible for full-cycle benefits administration management, including vendor management, enrollment processes, leave of absence and record maintenance. 
    • Oversees and responsible for data integration and file management workflows in relevant systems (e.g. HRIS, and carrier systems) and accountable for completion of audits as necessary to ensure data integrity.
    • Owns benefit renewals and open enrollment process through planning, implementation, and communication of all new benefit programs. 
    • Responsible for improving, evolving, and adapting our benefits programs and offerings to align with our total rewards philosophy.
    • Develops and delivers educational materials, presentations, and communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings.
    • Provides support to employees on any benefits-related inquiries and resolves any case escalations with third-party service providers.
    What You'll Bring to the Table
    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits plan design and administration.
    • Practical application of benefits management in the U.S or in a multinational organization - tech industry is a plus! 
    • Strong analytical skills (advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights. 
    • Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
    • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
    • Sound judgment, problem solving, relationship building skills. 
    • CEBS or CBS designation is considered an asset.
