Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Serving various work environments in the Fox Valley area
Job Summary
Jack's Maintenance Service is looking for "Elite Squad" Custodians-the best of the best who thrive on variety and high standards. This is not a standard janitorial role; it is a critical position for proactive problem-solvers who can work independently across multiple environments. If you take pride in "Whatever It Takes" and want a stable, long-term career path with a leader in commercial cleaning, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Versatile Field Execution: Consistently perform high-quality cleaning in diverse settings, including offices, industrial plants, and healthcare facilities.
  • Self-Management: Execute all duties efficiently with moderate instruction.
  • Facility Security: Ensure all buildings and premises are secured, safeguarding keys and access credentials at all times.
  • Equipment & Safety: Operate and maintain industrial equipment (vaccums, scrubbers) while strictly following safety protocols and chemical mixing guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Prior professional custodial experience preferred.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects averaging 50 lbs to 75 lbs.
  • Requirements: Must pass an acceptable criminal background screening.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to consistently reliable transportation is required.
