    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adoption.
    • Make trade‑off decisions to optimize value, cost, quality, and speed to market.
    • Identify and validate customer, user, and stakeholder needs through data, research, and direct engagement.
    • Drive use case and requirement definition with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment with technical teams.
    • Serve as the primary advocate for digital solutions across the organization—communicating strategy, progress, and value to all levels.
    • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, IT, marketing, and service teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
    • Champion the transition toward digital capability within a legacy manufacturing environment.

    • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
    • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership with clarity and transparency.
    • Champion user‑centric design and continuous feedback loops.
    • Partner with change management and communications teams to drive adoption and value realization.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the product domain.
    • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, iteration, and data‑driven decision‑making.
    • Retire or rationalize low‑value features and technical debt where appropriate.
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • 5+ years of experience in product management for digital, software, or IoT-based solutions.
    • Strong background in industrial or manufacturing markets.
    • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and translating customer use cases into actionable engineering requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
    • Experience helping a traditional product organization establish or expand digital solution capabilities.
    • Working knowledge of digital ecosystems including cloud, connectivity, APIs, and UX design.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
