Position - 1

Job Title : Technology Lead - Java

Location : Charlotte, NC / Durhum, NC /Tampa, FL / Newark, DE / Merrimack, NH/Smithfield, RI

Duration : Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Skills :

At least 2 years of experience in Core Java

At least 2 years of experience in application Design using Java

At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle

At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 1 year of experience of Web application development using JSP/JS/HTML/CSS/XML

At least 1 year of experience in Design and architecture review

Knowledge of J2EE concepts such as Spring/Hibernate/Struts/Web Service (REST/SOAP)

Knowledge of basic XML concepts (Parsing/Schema)

Knowledge of Java coding standards and best practices

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Ability to lead multi-location team

Experience of working in Banking domain

Good Analytical and Communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Position - 2

Job Title : Technology Architect - Java

Location : Durham, NC

Duration : Full Time / Permanent

Qualifications Basic :

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Skills :

At least 4 years of experience in like Java/J2EE.

At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.

At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Analytical skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
