Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sprinklr Platform Specialist to support our Development and Operations teams in maximizing the value of our Sprinklr implementation. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise across all Sprinklr modules and will serve as the technical subject matter expert to optimize our platform utilization, enhance integrations, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for all Sprinklr modules including Marketing, Advertising, Care, Research, and Insights
  • Collaborate closely with Development teams to build and enhance custom Sprinklr solutions and integrations
  • Support Operations teams with platform stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and translate them into Sprinklr-compatible solutions
  • Design and implement advanced Sprinklr configurations to meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain custom macros, rules, workflows, and automations within the Sprinklr ecosystem
  • Create documentation for platform architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Monitor system health, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to Dev and Ops team members on Sprinklr best practices
  • Stay current with Sprinklr platform updates and evaluate new features for potential implementation

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr platform administration and development
  • Deep technical expertise across all core Sprinklr modules (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Research Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with Sprinklr's API framework and integration capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Sprinklr's data model, architecture, and security framework
  • Proficiency in relevant programming skills (JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, etc.)
  • Experience supporting development teams with custom Sprinklr implementations
  • Knowledge of deployment processes, version control, and release management in Sprinklr context
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex platform issues
  • Experience with performance optimization and scaling Sprinklr implementations
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives

Desired Experience
  • Sprinklr certification(s) and formal platform training
  • Experience with enterprise-level Sprinklr implementations across multiple business units
  • Background in social media management, customer experience, or digital marketing
  • Experience with complementary technologies (Azure, AWS, CRM systems)
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to extract insights from Sprinklr data
  • Experience with automated testing methodologies for Sprinklr configurations
  • Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience mentoring technical teams on platform capabilities
