About RRI

RRI is coordinated by a Secretariat based in Washington, DC.

RRI and Campaign for Nature (CfN) launched the Community Land and Conservation Finance Initiative (CLARIFI) in January 2022. CLARIFI is an international funding mechanism to scale up support for secure community land rights. It aims to address the gap in investment in Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and Afro-descendant (IP, LC, and AD) organizations and their allies.

Senior Associate, CLARIFI Communications

The Senior Associate, CLARIFI Communications, leads communications for the CLARIFI financing mechanism while supporting RRI's broader strategic communications efforts. The role develops accessible, compelling content that showcases CLARIFI's research, advocacy, partnerships, and impact across digital, print, media, and event platforms.

The successful candidate will be a versatile writer, editor, and storyteller who can transform complex data, research, and community narratives into accessible and engaging content. The Senior Associate will lead and contribute to blogs, impact reports, press materials, advocacy content, newsletters, and multimedia products while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with CLARIFI's communications strategy.

Working across thematic and regional teams, the Senior Associate will support media engagement, event promotion, research dissemination, and coalition storytelling. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant communications or journalism experience and a demonstrated commitment to equity, climate justice, and amplifying community voices.
