Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery and operations of application support services for a dynamic apparel client. The role involves leading the AMS team, serving as the primary contact for client stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the AMS team to deliver high-quality support services across multiple applications (33%).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders for all AMS-related activities (33%).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and other contractual obligations (33%).
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven track record in managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
