    Job description

    The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for:
    • Providing direct client services which includes substance abuse disorder (SUD) evaluations, formulation of diagnosis, medication management, and developing initial treatment plans to the Worcester County programs.
    • Participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team and work closely with the attending CMO.

    Qualifications:
    • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with minimum two years experience and who is approved for independent practice
    • Current CPR certificate or obtains certification within 90 days of hire required
    • Experience in SUD treatment
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory to the Attending Psychiatrist and Nursing Supervisor.
