What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend customized comfort solutions that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget. You'll inspect existing HVAC systems, identify opportunities for replacement or efficiency improvements, explain equipment options, discuss available financing programs, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions through a consultative sales approach.

You'll build trust by educating homeowners on system performance, energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term operating costs rather than relying on high-pressure sales tactics. You'll prepare proposals, maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with the installation team throughout the project, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from the initial consultation through installation completion.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking motivated sales professionals with previous in-home sales experience and a proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales with professionalism and integrity. Experience selling HVAC systems, roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, kitchens, home improvement projects, or other consultative residential products is highly preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to discuss financing and investment options with homeowners. Successful consultants are self-motivated, competitive, customer-focused, and committed to helping customers find the right solution for their needs.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
