We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
