Location:ย Greenville, NCย ย 

Autismย Society of North Carolina is currentlyย hiringย forย a full-timeย Autism Services Coordinator (Qualified Professional)ย toย assistย autistic individuals in reaching their personal goals in theย Greenville area. The coordinatorย is responsible forย developing treatment plans, coordinating services, and supervising direct support staff.ย ย ย 

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย ย ย 

  • Assess the support needs of autistic individuals through observation and assessments.ย 
  • Develop service plans, set developmental goals and strategies for skill acquisition.ย 
  • Monitor and update service plans to ensure continuity of care.ย 
  • Provide oversight, training, and support to direct care staff for properย planย implementation. Train staff on best practices for teaching and supporting clients.ย 
  • Ensureย accurateย and compliant documentation of service delivery,ย maintainย records of all contacts with assigned caseload, manage scheduling of servicesย 
  • Maintain knowledge of NC service systems, including Innovations Waiver and Medicaid. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure all services meet health, safety, and personal outcome standards.ย ย ย ย

Whatย Weโ€™reย Looking For:ย ย 

  • Someone who meets QP qualification in the state of NCย requiredย 
  • Bachelorโ€™s or master's in human services (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)ย preferredย 
  • 2+ years' experience with Autism and/or Intellectual /Developmental Disabilitiesย requiredย 
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience providing care management, case management, or coordination to individuals with IDD/ASDย preferredย ย 
  • Experience with Medicaid and state funded service provision preferredย 
  • Based in or near theย Greenvilleย areaย and willing to travel locallyย 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsย ย ย 
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environmentย ย ย 
  • Proficient using Microsoft suite productsย
