    Job description

    Bring your expertise in general ultrasound imaging to a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer eager to make a meaningful impact over a 13-week period. Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment, you'll play a vital role in patient care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support quality outcomes.
    Schedule:

    • 13-week contract
    • Four 10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday
    • Hours are 7:30 pm - 6:00 am
    Qualifications:
    • Current certification with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
    • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Proven experience performing general ultrasound procedures in a hospital or healthcare setting
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produce clear, accurate imaging per physician orders
    • Ensure patient comfort and safety during all imaging procedures
    • Accurately document and maintain patient records
    • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
    • Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasound equipment, identifying/reporting malfunctions as needed
    • Uphold all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

    $2,296 - $2,421/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
