Le Directeur des ventes, services ingenierie a comme objectif principal de developper de nouveaux clients afin de diversifier l'organisation, conformement a la strategie definie. Le candidat sera appele a utiliser sa creativite afin de creer une offre de service concurrentielle, developper le reseau de Sogeclair et developper la clientele de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable d'etablir et d'entretenir la relation d'affaire entre la compagnie et ses clients.
LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR
Developper des nouveaux clients
- Developper le plan strategique des ventes en lien avec les objectifs de l'entreprise ;
- Gerer, encadrer et developper une equipe de gestionnaires de comptes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de performance.
- Proposer des moyens efficaces de diversification sur le marche pour developper l'activite dans le secteur aeronautique ;
- Assurer une vigie strategique du marche et de la concurrence, analyser les tendances, identifier les marches cibles ainsi que les menaces et opportunites d'affaires, et formuler des recommandations afin de soutenir le developpement et l'atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Participer au plan strategique quinquennal ;
- Informer, faire la promotion et agir a titre de conseiller aupres des clients sur l'ensemble des services offerts par l'entreprise ;
- Analyser les besoins des clients et negocier les termes des contrats entre les clients et la compagnie ;
- Participer et mettre en place des strategies de marketing et de communication au sein de l'organisation ;
- Representer notre portefeuille d'expertise (Sogeclair France, Tunisie, UK, Canada, USA etc.), afin de deployer nos competences en Amerique du Nord ;
Croissance et developpement des ventes
- Representer l'entreprise lors differents evenements afin de developper de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires et de renforcer le positionnement de Sogeclair en tant que leader du marche.
- Elaborer les propositions de vente et les presentations destinees a satisfaire les besoins des clients ;
- Participer a l'elaboration strategique des budgets ;
- Utiliser le CRM (Customer Relationship Management) et s'assurer de la mise a jour constante.
Relations clients
- S'assurer de fideliser les clients en batissant une relation de confiance et en offrant un service a la clientele et apres-vente hors pair ;
- Comprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilites prevues a ce poste;
- Respecter les procedures du SMQ de l'entreprise et y appliquer les outils lors de la realisation des taches;
- Agir a titre de liaison interne pour les besoins techniques des clients. S'assurer de la communication entre le departement des ventes, de l'ingenierie / projets et des ressources humaines si requis.
- Veiller a ce que la collecte des exigences techniques et la clarification des etats des travaux sur de nouvelles opportunites avant le lancement du projet soit fait correctement ;

The Director of Sales, Engineering Services' primary objective is to develop new clients in order to diversify the organization, in line with the defined strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to leverage creativity to build a competitive service offering, expand SOGECLAIR's network, and grow the company's client base. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships between the company and its clients.
TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Business Development & Strategy
- Develop new clients and business opportunities;
- Develop and implement the sales strategic plan aligned with the company's objectives;
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales and performance targets;
- Propose effective market diversification strategies to grow activities within the aerospace sector;
- Conduct strategic market and competitive intelligence, analyze trends, identify target markets, risks, and business opportunities, and provide recommendations to support company growth and objectives;
- Participate in the five-year strategic planning process;
- Inform, promote, and act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding the full range of services offered by the company;
- Analyze client needs and negotiate contract terms between clients and the company;
- Participate in and implement marketing and communication strategies within the organization;
- Represent SOGECLAIR's global expertise portfolio (France, Tunisia, UK, Canada, USA, etc.) to deploy our capabilities across North America.
Sales Growth & Development
- Represent the company at various industry events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen SOGECLAIR's positioning as a market leader;
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs;
- Contribute to the strategic development of budgets;
- Use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and ensure data is consistently updated.
Client Relations
- Ensure client retention by building strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support;
- Understand AS9100 standards and the responsibilities associated with this role;
- Comply with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply relevant tools in task execution;
- Act as an internal liaison for client technical needs, ensuring effective communication between Sales, Engineering/Projects, and Human Resources when required;
- Ensure proper collection of technical requirements and clarification of statements of work for new opportunities prior to project launch;
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications :

- BAC en administration des affaires, ingenierie ou autre formation connexe ;
- Detenir un fort reseau de contact dans le domaine ;
- Experience dans l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes ;
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint) ;
- Bilinguisme; francais et anglais, ecrit et parle.
