  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring swift access to necessary resources and support.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to track client progress, treatment strategies, and ongoing adjustments per clinic protocols and legal requirements.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, promoting understanding and skills for self-management and recovery.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measurements, adjusting therapeutic strategies as required to enhance client progress.
  • Stay abreast with latest research and best practices in mental health to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge care.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Demonstrated ability to function both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from varied cultural contexts.
Preferred Experience

At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on trauma-informed practices, is highly desirable. Familiarity with therapeutic software systems that support client management and documentation processes is also beneficial.
