Position Objective

Ensure the effective management of logistics, customs, and bonded warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations, inventory availability, and efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, customs, or international trade.
  • Knowledge of Customs Law and related regulations.
  • Experience managing bonded warehouse operations.
  • Experience in inventory control and distribution processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (Speaking and Writing).
Technical Knowledge
  • SAP (required).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of import and export procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage import and export processes.
  • Coordinate customs procedures with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers.
  • Administer operations related to bonded warehouses.
  • Monitor and maintain documentation required by customs authorities.
  • Track inventory levels and merchandise movements.
  • Prepare logistics reports and data analysis.
  • Coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP.
