Overlooking Maine's largest glacier lake, Blair Hill Inn's stunning ten-guest room country estate sits commandingly atop a 20' high, 900' long field stone wall. Its hillside perch provides one of the most beautiful, expansive lake views in the world. This destination resort sprawls across 79 acres with a soothing spa, private hiking trails, scenic overlooks, a trout pond, fields and woodlands. Once a breeding farm built in 1891, it is now a finely restored boutique hotel with exquisite decor, and exceptional service.

The warm welcome, individual service, absolute discretion and love of detail are evidenced by being the only Relais & Chateaux designated hotel and restaurant in Maine.

Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: This job is located in Greenville, MAINE
Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant is searching for an experienced fine dining server who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with an amazing team and beautiful view each night.
In order to succeed as a server, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent guest services skills.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- fine dining restaurant server experience
- working knowledge of wine and ability to perform wine service table side
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
