The Operations Support Analyst plays a critical role in keeping our business running smoothly. This position sits at the center of operations—handling inbound calls, coordinating dispatch, and supporting basic accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Call Support
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional support
- Handle order requests, service inquiries, and issue resolution
- Communicate delivery updates and manage customer expectations
Dispatch & Routing Coordination
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily routes and deliveries
- Adjust routes in real-time based on demand, traffic, or operational changes
- Communicate directly with drivers to ensure efficient execution
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any service disruptions
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and internal reporting
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and warehouse teams
- Support inventory communication and delivery planning
Accounting Support
- Assist with invoicing, billing verification, and payment tracking
- Reconcile delivery tickets with customer invoices
- Support accounts receivable follow-ups as needed
- Ensure accuracy of data across systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, dispatch, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, order systems, and basic accounting processes
- Problem-solver with a sense of urgency
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or route-based businesses
- Familiarity with dispatching software or GPS tracking systems (e.g., Samsara)
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
