Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager helps ensure every team member is in the right role with the training and support they need to succeed. In this role, you'll oversee staffing levels, coordinate team member placement, manage internal transfers and promotions, and guide the offboarding process while helping departments stay balanced and productive. Success means building a well-supported workforce, maintaining smooth operations, and creating an environment where team members can thrive. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor company-wide staffing levels to prevent over-staffing or under-staffing in any department.

• Manage the post-onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive their specific role packages and are assigned to their designated posts smoothly.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of training programs, working closely with team members to ensure they complete their training flows.

• Maintain accurate personnel profiles, contracts, and legal documentation.

• Conduct regular team check-ins to monitor employee satisfaction, track company-wide retention rates, and address stops or slowdowns early on.

• Audit company time and attendance records daily to ensure teams are punctual and present.

• Manage the offboarding process entirely, including conducting exit interviews and processing resignations or terminations after internal resources are exhausted.

• Track weekly department statistics and submit performance reports to leadership on time.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience navigating ADP Workforce Now at a practitioner level and feel comfortable managing sensitive digital employee files.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure, read professional situations accurately, and de-escalate workplace tension with clear, direct communication.

• The ability to follow company policies exactly as written and hold others accountable to those same standards.

• Prioritize urgent personnel issues, and follow up thoroughly on tasks you delegate to others.

• You have a proven track record of handling confidential company information and sensitive employee disputes with absolute privacy.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
