    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premise server infrastructure. The role requires a strong background in system engineering and technical expertise in cloud services.
    Responsibilities:
    • Architect, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premise server infrastructure
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED
    • 20 years experience as a system engineer
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
    • 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree
    • Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11, and various Linux distributions within both cloud and on-premise
    • SaltStack experience with integration and operational stability of CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud resources, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, AMIs, Route 53, workspaces, and other core services
