The Role Responsibilities
We're looking for reliable, friendly person who are available from 10 AM to 1:15 PM to help supervise students in the cafeteria or on the playground. If you enjoy working with kids and can help them follow expectations in a way that keeps things safe, fun, and organized, we'd love to have you on our team!
Role Requirements
As the ideal candidate, you will bring prior experience working with children and a clear understanding that they require patience, empathy, structure, and clear expectations to thrive as members of our community. You will be open to building meaningful connections with students, listening to their needs, and fostering a safe and supportive environment where they feel secure and valued.
