mission is simple: expand access to life-changing full-arch care so more patients can get the smile,
health, and confidence they deserve while creating unmatched career opportunities for doctors.
Clinical Scope
Our practices are built for doctors who want to do advanced dentistry every day:
Full-arch fixed rehabilitation (All-on-X / All-on-4)
Implant overdentures
Single implant placement and restoration
Bone and soft-tissue grafting
Our model includes:
In-house lab technicians
Dental assistant-driven restorative workflows
A heavily surgical procedure mix designed for efficiency and outcomes
Compensation
First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production and 25% lab fees with the ability
to earn over $700,000 annually.
After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with 25% lab fees
This is not a short-term production role. It's a long-term ownership and leadership opportunity.
