We are currently looking for a professional and reliable A/R Operations Specialist for our Home Office location in Longwood, FL. Duties may vary from customer service, data entry, general office work, administration of internal office processes, and providing support to communities as needed.

Job Duties: (not comprehensive)

  • Update new owner information in accounting system
  • Post/process payments in accounting system
  • Assist with payment research/ post-closing reconciliation inquiries
  • Post ledger card adjustments and charges as requested

Applicants Must:

  • Have previous Office or administrative experience
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
