Join Our Team as a Customer Engagement Representative!
Are you a people person who loves helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing dealership team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by achieving results, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their dealership visit.
Responsibilities include:
  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
  • Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and identify their vehicle or service needs.
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and service visits.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support dealership marketing campaigns by contacting and nurturing leads from multiple sources.
  • Track activity and provide regular reports on lead performance, appointments, and follow-up efforts.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Previous BDC, customer service, call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus-but we're willing to train the right person!
