    The Region Sales Enablement Specialist supports regional sales growth by assisting with pricing models, proposal and RFP responses, sales enablement resources, training materials, CRM/CEP data coordination, and AI-powered prospecting initiatives. This position works closely with Business Development Managers, Area Vice Presidents, the Vice President of Sales, Regional Controllers, and internal business partners to help ensure sales teams have accurate pricing support, current proposal content, useful sales tools, and timely information needed to pursue and win business.
    This role is detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly collaborative. The Sales Enablement Specialist helps maintain proposal resources and sales training materials, supports lead assignment and tracking, gathers data and content from across Securitas, and contributes to the continuous improvement of sales enablement processes, proposal quality, and sales team productivity. You will work out of the Shelton, CT Securitas Office.

    1. Essential Functions:
    2. Support Business Development Managers and Area Vice Presidents with the creation, review, and maintenance of pricing models for security service opportunities.
    3. Develop and maintain an understanding of key pricing model components including wages, union considerations, healthcare, training, sick leave, vacation, holidays, uniforms, medical screening, background checks, vehicle expenses, and other operational cost drivers.
    4. Assist with gathering pricing information and supporting documentation needed for review by Regional Controllers and the Vice President of Sales.
    5. Apply strong attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Excel skills when preparing, updating, or reviewing pricing files and related analyses.
    6. Support pricing work across multiple markets by considering differences in state laws, holiday requirements, PTO, healthcare, collective bargaining agreements, and other factors that may impact pricing models.
    7. Work with Business Development Managers and the Vice President of Sales to develop security proposal responses and related customer-facing materials.
    8. Coordinate proposal kickoff meetings to gather facts, insights, customer requirements, operational information, and draft Q&A content.
    9. Use internal content systems and repositories to identify information that can be used in RFP and proposal responses.
    10. Maintain proposal calendars, deadlines, task lists, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion of proposal submissions.
    11. Gather data, statistics, proposal content, service information, and supporting materials from across Securitas to complete RFP responses.
    12. Review and organize proposal content for accuracy, consistency, formatting quality, and alignment with current Securitas services and capabilities.
    13. Help maintain and update proposal content, presentations, case studies, sales analyses, and other sales enablement resources.
    14. Support continuous improvement of proposal responses by identifying opportunities to improve content quality, customer relevance, and sales engagement.
    15. Assist with AI-powered prospecting initiatives by reviewing lead data for relevance and potential sales opportunities.
    16. Ensure qualified leads are properly assigned and entered into CEP or related sales systems.
    17. Coordinate with the Vice President of Sales and Business Development Managers to support targeting of selected markets, industries, verticals, and prospects.
    18. Collect feedback from Business Development Managers regarding lead quality, conversion activity, and prospecting effectiveness.
    19. Track opportunities generated from prospecting efforts, including sales revenue, opportunity status, and win/loss outcomes.
    20. Develop, administer, and maintain sales enablement tools, resources, training materials, knowledge libraries, presentations, case studies, and sales analyses.
    21. Support the creation and delivery of sales training programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, proposal processes, pricing support, CRM/CEP utilization, and sales tools.
    22. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and other internal partners to align enablement resources and training efforts with sales goals.
    23. Collect feedback and data on sales enablement strategies, tools, resources, and training programs and recommend process improvements to sales leadership.
    24. Provide general sales operations and administrative support related to customer management software, sales reports, data entry, content organization, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
    25. Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

    Preferred Competencies:
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work accurately with detailed pricing information.
    • Strong written communication, editing, proofreading, and proposal coordination skills.
    • Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple internal sources.
    • Knowledge of sales enablement tools, CRM systems, customer management software, content repositories, and training resources.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, proposal calendars, multiple priorities, and follow-up items.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and consistency.
    • Ability to support pricing work involving wages, benefits, union considerations, state requirements, and operational cost drivers.

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • Three or more years of experience in sales support, sales enablement, proposal coordination, pricing support, business development support, marketing support, or related field preferred.
    • Experience working with pricing models, spreadsheets, proposals, RFP responses, CRM systems, CEP, or sales enablement platforms preferred.
    • Experience coordinating deadlines, calendars, content requests, or cross-functional project activities preferred.
    • Experience supporting sales teams, business development functions, or customer-facing proposal processes preferred.
